About me

My name is Cassandra and I am the Founder of Stellar Performance. I’d love to tell you a little about myself in hopes of connecting with my patients.

I joined the circus at a very young age and fell in love with performance arts throughout my youth. During that time I learned a lot about human movement and how my body responds to stress and pain.

Many years later, I was involved in three major car accidents, all within 11 months, as a passenger in all of them. This stripped me of my ability to move freely and comfortably, and prolonged my degree by 4 years.

Despite the obstacles I faced, I was able to rehabilitate my mind and body with the help of various practitioners and dedication. I put 8 years into my own rehabilitation, and finished my degree throughout the process.

I now hold a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, a diploma in Sport Science, and BCRPA weight training certification and certificate in soft tissue release. Whether you are an athlete with an injury, someone who wants to fix their posture, muscle imbalances or improve flexibility, there is a place for you at Stellar Performance. I strive to help others get back to their happy, healthy selves.

Nile’s acupuncture is performance-focused, built for people who train, work hard, and need their body to keep up. Sessions start with range-of-motion and functional movement testing, treat what is actually restricted (including fascial vector work), and retest on the table so you can feel the change before you leave. With over 20 years in movement and coaching, Nile uses a sports-medicine approach to acupuncture for performance, injury recovery, pain, and repetitive strain. The goal is simple: move well, recover faster, and stay active for the long term. Pre-training sessions prime the body; post-training sessions settle the nervous system and unwind tight tissue.
